Project Manager - Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain

About the Role

MR.DIY Thailand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join the Corporate Strategy team, focusing on warehouse automation and supply chain transformation initiatives, including warehouse operations, fleet utilization, and inventory optimization. This role will lead project planning, execution, and performance tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track end-to-end execution of warehouse and supply chain projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation review
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables while proactively monitoring progress and resolving blockers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Store Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Finance) and external vendors (automation solution providers and system integrators) to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and challenge cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and CAPEX justifications by identifying weak assumptions and highlighting potential risks
• Use project and operational data to form hypotheses, test assumptions, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making
• Provide guidance and oversight to Project Executives by reviewing outputs and supporting team development
• Prepare consultant-style executive presentations and establish regular reporting cadences on project progress, risks, and decisions required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of project management experience within warehouse, logistics, supply chain, retail, or related industries
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports
• Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools
