Business Development Associate — Bilingual Thai and English

About the Role

Learn business development end-to-end while helping leaders transform workplaces and lives. As a Business Development Associate at Gallup, you will support experienced workplace advisory consultants in client-facing and back-office activities, gaining exposure to discovery, solution design, contracting, implementation and long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including managing CRM data and completing contracting processes
• Support survey implementation and accompany consultants on client engagements to observe and assist with stakeholder interviews
• Support smaller client opportunities and early-stage leads, developing consultative selling and client communication skills
• Contribute to proposal development, presentations and meeting preparation; participate in prospect and client meetings alongside senior consultants
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support client presentations and deliverables
• Build knowledge of Gallup’s workplace advisory offerings, learning solutions and Gallup Access platform through hands-on exposure and mentorship
• Contribute to marketing and BD initiatives including client events, webinars, roundtables and conferences
• Over time, grow into leading discovery, qualification and client conversations and expanding ownership of opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least two years of client-facing professional experience in medium to large organizations, preferably in business development, professional services, consulting, HR, or learning & development
• Experience supporting or contributing to business development activities or client engagements required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required
• Full native fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English required
• Ability to travel as needed for business development activities required
• Commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangkok office at least three days per week required; eligibility to work in Thailand required (no employment visa sponsorship)
• Experience using AI to enhance productivity, content development or sales activities preferred
• Proactive, curious, collaborative and client-focused mindset with strong attention to follow-through and professionalism
