Position: Maintenance Engineer (Production). Location: Nikom Amata City, Rayong. Reporting Manager: Maintenance Supervisor. Number of Vacancy: 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production maintenance team to maintain production equipment and critical systems in optimum condition, minimize downtime, and comply with GMP, EHS, SOP, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs; analyze breakdown data, MTBF/MTTR, machine trends, and condition monitoring to identify improvements.
• Supervise and train technicians in daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and may supervise multiple groups/shifts; supervise contractors to carry out servicing and repair per contract, GMP, and EHS requirements.
• Handle engineering and maintenance projects: lead projects from planning, scope/specification, schedule, cost estimate, execution, commissioning, and handover; coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, contractors, and suppliers; prepare project documentation, quotation comparisons, CER/CAPEX support, reports, and completion records.
• Ensure critical systems and production machines meet corporate quality standards to prevent non-conformance to specifications and SOPs.
• Drive optimal operation budget: implement energy conservation, reliability improvement, and cost-saving projects; control inventory of production spare parts (Kanban) and support critical spare parts management.
• Responsible for compliance with EHS procedures and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), preferred Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in production machine maintenance (electrical and mechanical aspects) and minimum 3 years managing people.
• In-depth process knowledge of maintenance and related manufacturing equipment and processes; strong assessment and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience handling engineering/maintenance projects and ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret scientific and statistical data and prepare technical reports; ability to respond to detailed inquiries and present information to groups and senior management.
• Experienced understanding of cGMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical/pharmaceutical industry.
