This empowers users to confidently manage their finances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Visual Designers and Content Creators to develop creative visual solutions that elevate content quality beyond the initial brief
• Refine storyboards and provide editing and motion input during pre-production to ensure efficient execution
• Edit and finalize short-form and long-form video content optimized for various platforms, ensuring strong pacing, smooth transitions, coherent sequencing, compelling opening hooks, and seamless synchronization with music, dialogue, and sound
• Animate text elements and apply motion to visual assets provided by the design team to enhance storytelling across video content and in-app experiences
• Maintain consistency with brand tone and visual guidelines
• Execute revisions based on feedback and performance insights
• Oversee end-to-end digital asset management, including raw footage, project files, and final exports

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Production, Video Editing, Visual Effects, Cinematography, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Relevant work experience focused on the post-production process
• Proficiency with video editing software, including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut (or similar editing tools), as well as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for motion graphics workflows
• Strong understanding of color grading and sound design to enhance the overall production value
• Proficiency in camera operation and lighting setups to ensure high-quality raw footage
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with other video production team members
• Experience in digital video editing and motion graphics
