Retail Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain, Control, Monitor and Motivate PC.
• Maintain, Control and monitor stock on floor.
• Maintain good relationship with the floor manager.
• Follow up with daily product delivery, product change and customer complaint.
• Coordinate with store and PC to clear deposit and payment.
• Collect market update information e.g. promotion, competitor's product / sales / pricing and leaflet.
• Sales planning to achieve monthly target and break down to weekly management.
• Follow up with PC for stock report, punch card, leave form, resignation form.
• Organize visit plan for store, PC and stock inspection.
• Product training for PC.
• Prepare daily sales summary, stock on floor report, competitor report, PC punch card and site survey report.

Qualifications

• Male Age 30-35 years
• Bechalor Degree
• Experience 5 years
• Have basic sales supervisor
