Service Specialist

About the Role

As a key part of the Service & Solution Team at Grundfos, you will strengthen the service partner network across APAC to deliver reliable, high-quality after-sales service that keeps critical water and pump solutions running for customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Authorized Service Partner (ASP) service delivery activities across APAC countries, ensuring timely and quality service execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Authorized Service Partners, acting as the key liaison between Grundfos and regional partners
• Monitor service partner performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve service escalations
• Support onboarding of new service partners and ensure alignment with Grundfos standards and processes
• Track and report on service delivery metrics, identify trends and recommend actions to optimize partner performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, delivery management, or partner management roles
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills with experience working across multiple APAC countries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management tools or CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Nice to have: Experience in the pump, water technology, or industrial equipment industry; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; additional language skills relevant to the APAC region
