About the Role

Job Purpose: Direct Operator Final Assembly. The position will work directly on the final assembly line production area to wire units, troubleshoot minor issues, and make improvements. This role is based in Rayong and reports to the Team Leader Production.

Responsibilities

• Locate all parts necessary for assembly; loom and assemble product efficiently to achieve highest quality as per ISO standard.
• Focus on wiring of controls and maintaining controls quality.
• Identify quality problems or improvement opportunities.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and bill of materials information (Team Centre).
• Use necessary tools and equipment to assemble products, including precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
• Perform some material handling functions.
• Perform quality inspection, checking tolerances and specifications on parts.
• Follow and adhere to all safety, quality and procedural requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma is required.
• Male/Female 21 years old and up.
• Ability to interpret and use electrical schematic drawings is required.
• Electrical background and/or experience in electrical assembly.
• Familiarity with and utilization of hand and power tools (wrenches, sockets, hammers, tape measures, crimpers, cutters, steel banding, impact guns, pneumatic rivet guns).
• Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of 5S and basic problem solving.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
