Restaurant Manager (The Gastro District)

About the Role

Restaurant Manager – The Gastro District at Thai Beverage PLC. Working Location: One Bangkok. Onsite, full-time. Manage daily restaurant operations and a team of 60+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Overlook all restaurant daily operations and top-down management with head quarter.
• Managing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events etc., including planning and purchasing raw materials.
• Co-developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets including long-term management.
• Training and ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality and service to all staffs (60+ staffs under the restaurant).
• Set up training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver high standard of customer service.
• Creating and maintaining menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations under Foods Group of ThaiBev.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management or proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Fluency in both Thai and English.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets & restaurant staff attendance management.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends (Fri & Sat are required to work).
• Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.
