Medical Representative - UPC

Responsibilities

• Sales and service: achieve sales target; convey the core benefits of products to customers; support hospital tender business; regularly provide service to meet customer needs and company policy.
• Marketing: acquire market information concerning competitors and market situations for superior and principals; minimize customer complaints; acquire other information that reflects company risk.
• Self-development: be a professional salesman (fast learning, honesty, active); follow consultative selling skills; participate in creation and implementation of promotional activities for responsible customers; suggest work improvements; be willing to be continuously developed by superior for career progression.
• Documentation and reporting: update coverage plan; update customer information; prepare monthly reports on time.
• Miscellaneous: process and transmit sales orders daily; process and transmit customer visit reports; handle and collect problems and report to superior; take care of company properties; keep good relationships and a positive outlook toward principals, ZPL and customers.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, male or female, age over 20 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher.
• Few years' experience in the same position is an advantage.
• Result oriented and integrity; computer literacy / analytical skill.
