Spa Mixologist

About the Role

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in support of a number of vital Spa functions. These associates work to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with Spa services on the side. Spa Specialists take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their experience, including promoting Spa services and retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, providing answers about services, checking in guests, and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Promote Spa services and retail offerings to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations; manage reservation software and visually verify information.
• Check in guests, provide information about services, and process payments.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures and upholding quality standards.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Perform light physical tasks as required: stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; move/lift/carry/push/pull/place objects weighing ≤10 lbs without assistance and ≤25 lbs with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: None required.
