Tax Manager

About the Role

POP MART is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Tax Manager to lead and oversee all corporate tax functions, including planning, compliance, and submissions. This role is critical in ensuring that our tax practices align with Thai tax regulations and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit half-year and full-year Corporate Income Tax (CIT) filings.
• Manage monthly tax reports and filings such as PND3, PND53, PND54, PP30, and review PND1/PND1n.
• Handle signboard tax submissions and liaise with government authorities.
• Act as the primary contact for Thai government tax-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in taxation, preferably in a multinational or public company.
• In-depth knowledge of Thai tax laws and government reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and tax software.
