Relationship Manager, Supply Chain Finance (Factoring)

About the Role

In line with Midea Group’s global expansion strategy, our overseas manufacturing footprint continues to grow and more domestic suppliers are supporting Midea’s international operations. To better support the funding needs of overseas suppliers during factory setup, raw material preparation, and production, we are looking for a Relationship Manager, Supply Chain Finance (Factoring) to join our team in Thailand. This role will play a key part in developing and managing factoring solutions for Midea Thailand factories and their suppliers, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable supply chain finance solutions that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Midea Thailand factories and their suppliers as core client segments; develop factoring business opportunities, design suitable solutions, and support deal execution.
• Build a strong understanding of Midea’s procurement and payment processes to integrate factoring solutions into the supply chain.
• Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, contract execution, fund utilization, and repayment.
• Ensure all activities remain within approved credit frameworks and comply with internal policies.
• Monitor clients’ accounts receivable performance and identify early risk signals such as repayment irregularities or significant changes in order volumes.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and support pricing strategy improvements.
• Deliver product training, process guidance, and onboarding support to clients; enhance client experience and retention through responsive servicing and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Finance, Economics, Business, or Languages preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, financial institutions, client servicing, or corporate relationship management.
• Experience in banks, factoring companies, leasing firms, or corporate finance/accounts receivable management is an advantage.

Skills / Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Thai and English for both spoken and written business communication; Chinese language skills (Mandarin) are a plus for internal communication.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with local clients.
• Fast learner with genuine interest in factoring and supply chain finance; comfortable working in a Chinese corporate environment and collaborating across cultures.
