IT Project Management Specialist

Job Summary

Plan, control, and manage projects to achieve delivery within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality, including developing the Project Charter, Business Case, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage projects to achieve delivery within the defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality, including developing the Project Charter, Business Case, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Manage stakeholders and governance bodies, including Sponsors, Steering Committee, and external Vendors/Partners, while monitoring SOW, SLA, milestones, and payment processes.
• Develop and manage essential project plans such as the project timeline, resource plan, communication plan, change management plan, and risk mitigation plan.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Business, Developer, QA, Infrastructure, Security) to ensure smooth project execution and proactively resolve issues.
• Track and evaluate project performance using metrics such as SPI and CPI, and prepare regular status reports (weekly/monthly) for management, including risk and issue management.
• Manage Go‑Live and deployment activities, conduct Post‑Implementation Reviews (PIR), document lessons learned, and transition the project to Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) operations.
