Planning Manager – Demand management

About the Role

TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking candidates for the Planning Manager – Demand Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all functions related to Demand Planning including Commercial, Marketing and Supply Planning.
• Lead demand planning activities: demand data collection, uploading, analysis, communication and adjustment.
• Actively participate in the S&OP process on Demand Planning with cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs are monitored and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Pre-S&OP meetings for mid-to-long term resource checks and demand review with all channels.
• Lead end-to-end S&OP to align demand and supply, and co-work with supply planning teams at HQ and overseas to evaluate actual demand and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop demand management strategy to maintain healthy inventory, utilization and meet business requirements per SLA.
• Lead and monitor KPIs including back order (HQ and export to inter-company), forecast accuracy and minimizing SLOB.
• Set required competencies, develop talent and balance workload across the team.
• Lead NPD (phase-in) and phase-out activities to balance commercial and operational factors.
• Develop more effective methods through digitalization, ERP and AI in demand planning ways of working.
• Support overseas replenishment (inter-company) and customer service / order management as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• At least 2–5 years' experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or S&OP.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
