About the Role

Perform and lead testing activities as routine COP tests, customer and legal requirements test.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead testing activities such as routine COP tests, customer and legal requirements tests.
• Maintain quality level ensuring that test activities are properly done (following working instructions) and product functions meet specifications.
• Support in-house calibration of measuring and testing equipment used in the organization.
• Ensure test equipment condition by providing maintenance when necessary and keep equipment in good condition.
• Manage software used in daily applications such as SPC charts, sampling software, etc.
• Keep data and test records updated and under good control.
• Revise related documentation, ensuring updates are made on time.
• Communicate with other sections for support or to inform test results.
• Communicate with local and overseas suppliers about test equipment or general affairs.
• Support internal audits, customer audits and third-party audits.
• Maintain good housekeeping — 5S.
• Provide solutions and ideas showing creativity in testing activities or general aspects.

Skills / Required Skills

• Experience with SPC charts and sampling software for process control and data analysis.
• Calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
• Maintain and control test data and documentation; prepare reports.
• Support and participate in internal, customer and third-party audits.
• Implement and maintain 5S / housekeeping in the workplace.
• Good communication with internal sections and external suppliers.
