About the Role

The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute DAU impact, and drive increases in traffic and GMV. The Evaluation and Investigation team manually evaluates search queries and corresponding search results pages against evaluation standards to reflect real user experience. The team provides search and evaluation services for international products, with global members following unified guidelines. Evaluation scope includes basic search experience, recommended search, search advertising, and search security. The team also supports standard writing, training Q&A, report output, and human efficiency management to promote project execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform DCG assessments and complete weekly and bimonthly evaluations of search quality per evaluation standards.
• Judge user search intent through queries and tools, and classify requirements.
• Identify types of poor search cases and rate result quality.
• Provide ideal search results and feedback/suggestions for policy and product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; excellent Thai and English for working communication with stakeholders in English- and Thai-speaking markets.
• Strong ability to learn and understand new concepts.
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and adapt to day-to-day challenges.
• Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
• Preferred: familiarity with search engines and social media algorithms.
• Preferred: in-depth understanding of local culture and local internet usage habits.
• Preferred: familiarity with common office software; machine learning project experience is a plus.
• Comfortable reviewing internet content that may be inappropriate or explicit.
