About the Company

Lockton Wattana Thailand — Wellness Program Specialist (onsite, full-time).

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Wellness Proposals and Annual Wellness Programs for corporate clients
• Assist in analyzing annual claim data to identify health trends and priority risk areas
• Help plan and coordinate health promotion activities, such as health talks, workshops, and preventive campaigns
• Work closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and corporate clients
• Provide professional health guidance and client support
• Provide administrative and coordination support for wellness projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nurse, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related medical field
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, wellness programs, hospital or insurance-related roles
• Suitable for Assistant Manager / Division Manager level
• Professional personality with strong service mindset
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication preferred
