About the Role

Develop and enhance Global Markets products (Murex) to improve profitability and client experience. Work within ttb bank to manage product lifecycles and ensure compliance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement products to enhance Global Markets (Murex) profitability and client experience.
• Analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to support product and process development.
• Plan and manage product launches, recalls, and re-launches to address client risk exposure and respond to market movements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure all aspects of product development, including risk management, systems, processes, controls, compliance, and legal approvals, while maintaining compliance control standards.
• Monitor and control all risks within set limits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the trading business.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market opportunities and risks.
• Good communication skills with leadership qualities to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
• Treasury Dealers License and Bond License are a must.
