About the Role

You will collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while applying expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance. Build and deliver software products within a product line, plan and execute delivery to meet project goals, and create and maintain commercially available software products. Onsite, full-time role. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Build and deliver software products within a product line; develop products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
• Plan and execute the delivery process to meet project goals and timelines.
• Identify, triage and resolve software issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Create and maintain commercially available software products owned by the company or clients.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

Skills / Required Skills

• Experience with SAP (Plant Maintenance and Data Migration).
• Product and delivery management within software/product teams.
• Agile delivery practices and project management.
• Data analysis and analytical thinking related to migration and product requirements.
