Responsibilities

• Provide management support to enable the production teams to achieve their goals.
• Plan and coordinate the training & development needs of each member of the production teams and provide opportunities for individuals to attend appropriate training courses.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new products or processes, and actively seek solutions to optimize current or new products/processes.
• Provide and seek ongoing feedback and direction as planned or unplanned changes occur that can impact the business.
• Plan, coordinate, review and improve the implementation of safety, health & environment systems and procedures impacting people and production activities.
• Assist the Production Manager in implementing and leading minor factory projects and provide technical input to major projects.
• Monitor and review production process costs against budget and actively seek to create value in the production process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing; experience in extrusion, thermal process, retort process.
• Good English and Thai communication skills.
• Knowledge of food processing unit and equipment.
• Service minded, able to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good project management skills and ability to think on their feet.
• SAP experience is a must.
• TPM knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience managing a team in the production line.
