Associate to Consultant, Technology & Digital Advantage Practice

BCG's Tech and Digital practice helps clients deliver competitive advantage through data, technology and digital, covering Digital Transformation, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale, Agile, Cybersecurity and digitizing the tech function.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and deliver digital transformation programs that create measurable business value.
• Act as a digital specialist advising on topics such as Digital Transformation & Strategy, Emerging Technology advisory (Cloud, Blockchain/Crypto/DeFi, Metaverse/Web3), Customer Centricity, Digital Marketing & Personalization, Big Data & Analytics, New Ways of Working, and Technology Function transformation and technology build.
• Go deep to uncover insights, reimagine business models, and help clients scale technology and analytics into the business.
• Build credibility with senior clients and lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and data scientists to execute solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in strategy and digital fields such as product management, digital marketing & analytics, or designing & delivering software products in leading digital companies or start-ups; candidates with lesser experience may be considered for Associate level.
• Proven track record driving strategic digital transformation with value creation focus.
• Ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Advanced quantitative analysis, strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in non-technical terms.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; MBA, Master's or PhD highly regarded.
• Flexibility to travel within the SEA region.
