System Analyst

Location: Bangkok (Head Office, Vorawat Building, 849 Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500)

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Phillip Securities web applications.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and coding to support operational change requests and new business initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare process flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and data flow diagrams to support system design and development activities.
• Perform data mapping, interface analysis, and integration design between internal and external systems.
• Prepare and maintain system and technical documentation to ensure clarity, traceability, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Participate in system testing, issue analysis, and problem resolution to support smooth and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience as a System Analyst (preferably within Banking, Securities, or Payments industries).
• Alternatively, 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer with strong SQL expertise, with the capability to transition into a System Analyst role.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and system design documentation.
• Hands-on experience in creating process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), UML diagrams, or other system design artifacts.
• Experience in data mapping, API integration, and database design concepts.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and sprint-based project delivery.
• Knowledge or experience in Back-End Development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and the adoption of emerging technologies.
