Manager, Business Development (B2B)

About the Company

Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics organisation backed by investors including GeoPost, Alibaba Group and B Capital Group. Launched in Oct 2014, covering six countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. In Q4 2023, we expanded services to include B2B transportation to offline touchpoints (modern trade, convenience stores, offices) and launched cold chain logistics across various countries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential B2B clients and develop sales tactics to convert leads into closed won
• Use value-based selling to diagnose client requirements, identify problems, impacts and propose solutions
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and increase wallet share
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services; conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Negotiate contract or quotation terms and close sales deals that are beneficial to both client and company
• Provide ongoing client support and resolve issues; act as liaison between client and company
• Work closely with Solutions, Transport and Project Management teams and share client feedback to improve products and services

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience selling services or solutions to businesses; experience in selling logistics services is highly advantageous
• Bachelor degree in any field
• Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs to effectively close sales
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organisational levels
• Exceptional pitching and presentation skills
• Strong logical and analytical skills to quantify and communicate cost savings to clients
• Passionate, intellectually curious, adaptive and able to learn independently
• Language: Native Thai and English (TOEIC score of at least 650)
