Production Team Leader (MFW3.1)

About the Company

Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is located at Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Tasith, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, Thailand. This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center, recognized as the first smart factory in Thailand. The facility manufactures gasoline injection systems with a production capacity of 1 million fuel injector units annually, serving both international and local automotive customers. The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site, featuring dedicated automotive-specific equipment including fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily, weekly, monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees
• Manage and control daily production based on defined targets (OEE, Productivity, IDC, Delivery, and OT)
• Co-operate with cross-functional teams to fulfill production volume and achieve SQCD targets
• Support troubleshooting, analyze root causes of failures, and provide improvement suggestions
• Review and proof production data records (M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M, Parameter)
• Lead people to follow standards to fulfill BPS requirements on the shop floor (Point CIP, SMC, LPC, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, FMEA-Linewalk)
• Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations
• Train new employees on safe machinery use and procedures; maintain skill matrix and coordinate trainings
• Lead shopfloor production meetings (Component area, Main assembly, Final assembly, and Audit room)
• Keep and maintain plant standards in shopfloor (Safety, 5S, BPS, Pull principle, ISO14001, IATF16949)
• Manage and support HR functions (Vacations, leaves, absenteeism)
• Advise and motivate direct associates for small improvement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Leader in automation field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for quality improvement and complaint management
• Leadership, quality mindset, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements and Core Tools (Point CIP, SMC, LPC, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, and FMEA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication skills in English
