• Process Innovation: Conduct feasibility studies and apply ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) principles to drive continuous process improvement.
• System Design: Develop and optimize operational flows, production layouts, and cross-functional processes to ensure seamless execution.
• Project Leadership: Evaluate and propose strategic projects focused on manpower productivity, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
• Operational Excellence: Partner with plant teams to maximize throughput and maintain stable, scalable operations.
• Strategic Support: Execute data-driven reporting and perform ad-hoc engineering analyses to support business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates with a strong analytical mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) for professional reporting and presentations.
• Technical proficiency in engineering-related software and layout design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Associate Industrial Engineer.
• Proven experience or academic projects in Warehouse (WH) design, manpower optimization, or logistics efficiency.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lean manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
