ADVANCED SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

About the Role

The Quality & Reliability Engineer, Advanced Supplier (ASQ) is responsible for ensuring supplier component quality from early project phase through mass production. This role partners closely with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams to drive APQP, PPAP, audits, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement to meet TE quality standards. Based in Chachoengsao.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier component quality from product introduction through mass production and sustainment
• Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and Control Plans with suppliers and internal teams
• Plan and perform supplier audits, risk assessments and Run‑at‑Rate validation
• Interpret GD&T and perform mechanical measurement and verification
• Use Minitab for statistical analysis and perform basic SAP transactions
• Support supplier quality management, new component introduction and continuous improvement activities
• Travel up to 25% to local and overseas suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years' experience in quality assurance within electro‑mechanical manufacturing
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and/or VDA 6.3
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on use of quality core tools and problem‑solving methodologies
• Confident communicator with ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
