We are seeking a detail-oriented Officer, Master Planning & Costing to manage the planning and availability of packaging materials and ingredients across our production operations. You will ensure the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity to keep production running smoothly while optimizing inventory cost and minimizing waste.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and calculate packaging and ingredient requirements, determining how much is needed and when.
• Translate production schedules into accurate material demand plans.
• Verify on-hand stock levels to confirm sufficient supply for upcoming production runs.
• Raise purchase requisitions (PR) and coordinate procurement timing.
• Set lead times to ensure materials arrive ahead of production start dates.
• Monitor and follow up on incoming packaging and ingredients to align with the production plan and prevent disruptions.
• Reduce inventory holding costs and control overstock to minimize material waste and obsolescence.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including building calculation tools and formulas.
• Demonstrated ability in work planning, analysis, and stock monitoring.

• Knowledge of packaging material properties (bags, boxes, trays).
• Experience with SAP and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
