Senior Growth & Strategic Project (Shopee Thailand)

About the Role

Own and execute key business initiatives to support Shopee Thailand’s growth strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and improve end-to-end processes.
• Analyze business performance, user behavior, market trends, and operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and performance review to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, finance, product, and other related teams to align priorities and drive results.
• Prepare business reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management decision-making.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
• Support strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, seller performance, and overall platform competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, business operations, project management, commercial, consulting, e-commerce, logistics, retail, FMCG, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into practical actions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and business performance tracking.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Experience in e-commerce, technology, consulting, retail, logistics, FMCG, or fast-paced business environments is a plus.
