DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team to integrate security practices into DevOps processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement test automation, and foster a robust DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and cost-effective automated infrastructure.
• Ensure efficient and secure operation of CI/CD pipelines and shift security left in the development lifecycle.
• Manage and enforce configuration standards across servers and services using configuration management tools.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate containers with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, or similar platforms.
• Optimize container performance, scalability, and resource utilization and monitor resource usage, logs, and application health.
• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) and maintain clear documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with security teams, implement test automation, and ensure knowledge sharing and transfer within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a DevOps/SRE role with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.
• Experience with tools such as OpenShift, ArgoCD, Jenkins (deployment), Ansible AWX, Zabbix, Harbor, Nexus, GitLab, Kong, Kafka, and RHEL.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Bash) and strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and expertise in configuration management (Ansible).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English and ability to collaborate across teams.
