Senior Director Operational Excellence (Food) - Location near Bangkok

A leading large-scale food manufacturing business is seeking a visionary operations leader to drive transformation, performance acceleration, and manufacturing excellence across global operations. This role is onsite and focused on multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programmes across manufacturing sites.
• Shape operational excellence roadmaps and influence strategic investment decisions to unlock long-term business value.
• Turn complex operational challenges into scalable improvements that elevate productivity, reliability, quality, and people capability.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Innovation teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Build future-ready manufacturing capabilities, embed a high-performance culture, and develop local leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in large-scale manufacturing environments with a proven track record of driving measurable operational improvements.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capability and experience influencing cross-functional teams.
• Leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams, challenge convention, and create sustainable impact in a fast-moving global business.
