Talent Acquisition Advisor - Bangkok

About the Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a broad portfolio of professional and specialist positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other channels to identify and engage top talent across multiple business functions.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition colleagues and business leaders to drive recruitment excellence, employer branding initiatives, process improvements, and strategic hiring projects across Thailand and selected regional assignments.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Recruitment Consultancy, preferably supporting professional, technical, engineering, real estate, construction, facilities management, or corporate functions within multinational or complex business environments.
• Strong experience in proactive sourcing, direct search, networking, and talent mapping; previous exposure to multi-country recruitment, regional stakeholders, or cross-border hiring is highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and effectively manage multiple recruitment assignments and business priorities.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Thai, with the confidence to engage local and regional stakeholders and a proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
