Transportation Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead transport operations across 6 sites nationwide
• Manage fleet operations, transport teams, and contractors
• Drive KPI performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Implement TMS and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety compliance, OHS standards, and fleet readiness
• Collaborate with warehouse, factory, HR, and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in transport/logistics or 3PL management
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in FMCG/beverage transport operations preferred
• Good command of English and operational systems knowledge
• Able to travel between operational sites
