Assistant Content Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Plan and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Manage end-to-end content creation across digital platforms (e.g., social media, website, campaigns)
• Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Design, E-commerce, Sale) and external teams (Agency, Production) to ensure consistency in messaging
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights (Impression, Engagement, ER rate etc.)
• Oversee content calendar and ensure timely delivery
• Stay updated on trends and suggest fresh content ideas

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
• Basic copywriting ability (clear, engaging, on-brand)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
