Manager - AAGI Business Process Transformation Analyst

About the Role

Responsible for identifying and implementing necessary changes to enable the business to perform at its optimum level. The Business Process Transformation function reviews new and existing processes—including resources and systems—and makes or oversees required changes to the company’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the assigned function, implement operational changes, and deliver measurable improvements.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and manage all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
• Develop and evaluate opportunities for creating business cases and models.
• Assess implications of business changes, analyze and map business processes, and identify actions required for transition.
• Provide proactive leadership on projects to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance efficiency, or improve customer experience.
• Design process flowcharts and document process narratives and steps.
• Build communication plans and develop stakeholder communications.
• Lead and coordinate global cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders toward consensus.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or higher; Master’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and process improvement using an agile mindset.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience on software development teams.
• AI-related skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot 365) will be an advantage.
