About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangkok for a Finance & Accounting Manager. The role involves managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, overseeing budgeting activities, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and providing analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting processes
• Prepare financial statements and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Oversee budgeting activities and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data to support management decision-making and optimize financial performance
• Report to internal and external stakeholders as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting financial reporting
• Strong skills in finance and budgeting
• Proven analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Experience in the health or FMCG industries is advantageous
