Responsibilities

• Expand Markets – Build partnerships with reinsurers, brokers, digital platforms, and start-ups across Thailand & International Market.
• Drive Growth – Analyze cedant and market data to design and execute actionable business plans.
• Product Innovation – Support new products with partners, ensuring strong value propositions and clear target segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry (Life and Health), insurance brokerage, or financial institutions, with experience in marketing, product development, sales, bancassurance, data analysis, or international business development.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and product marketing.
• Solid understanding of life insurance statistics and pricing concepts.
