About the Role

CJ MORE is hiring for Warehouse Operational Excellence Manager (CEO Office).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized operational processes across warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational standards to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Conduct feasibility studies for warehouse automation and technology implementation, such as Conveyor Systems, ASRS, WMS, Sorting Systems, and other automated solutions.
• Lead and support warehouse automation and process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, IT, Engineering, and external vendors to improve warehouse processes and system capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, including Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, Lead Time, SLA, and Space Utilization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and support Lean operations within the Distribution Center.
• Provide recommendations and lead operational excellence initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, or Logistics Operations.
• Proven experience in Process Improvement, Standardization, or Warehouse Optimization projects.
• Experience in Warehouse Automation, WMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
• Good project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
