As a Senior Engineer, you will consult and resolve civil/architectural issues for building handovers, educate onsite teams, and advise developers on property management. You will also develop efficient procedures and support technology adoption.

Responsibility
- Consult and solve the civil/architectural issue with onsite team.
- Inspect the civil/architectural of the building for handover.
- Educate the civil/architectural knowledge with onsite team.
- Consult the developer/building owner about the civil/architectural work related to property management.
- Develop standard procedures/tools for more efficient in managing the property.
- Support the use of technology launched by JLL with onsite team.
