Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream improvements to reduce lead time and increase productivity.
• Deliver measurable cost savings through Lean initiatives (productivity, scrap, cycle time reduction).
• Lead structured problem-solving using A3, 5 Why, and 8D methodologies.
• Implement and sustain Daily Management System (DMS) and KPI governance.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Support OEE improvement roadmap and loss elimination (TPM pillar deployment).
• Develop and coach teams on Lean principles, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools; identify and replicate best practices across production lines.
• Leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive decision-making and performance tracking.
• Drive Lean culture transformation through change management and stakeholder engagement; execute operational excellence on the shopfloor.
• Support roll-out of best practices (Industry 4.0 initiative) across the plant and audit the shopfloor (5S, TPM, PPM) to ensure shopfloor KPIs are consistent with plant KPI.
• Fix non-standard issues and lead standardization of solutions; facilitate day-to-day continuous improvement action plans and support EHS activities to strengthen safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering (IE).

Experience

• 6–8+ years' experience in production or process in direct industrial or related field.
• Technical and functional skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
• Good management, communication, relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate both written and spoken in English.
