Mould Supervisor

Job Summary

• Manage and oversee the preparation, procurement, and design of molds to ensure alignment with finished product specifications.
• Plan mold repair activities to ensure sufficient availability for production needs.
• Establish departmental goals and implement actions to achieve those targets.
• Resolve, prevent, and improve mold quality to maximize efficiency.

Job Description:

• Manage mold availability to ensure sufficient supply for production according to the defined plan.
• Responsible for coordinating the sourcing, development, and design of molds to support new product manufacturing.
• Supervise mold maintenance to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Establish standard procedures for mold handling, including cleaning, maintenance, inspection, and data recording.
• Responsible for executing and supporting activities under ISO standards, GHPs, HACCP, and other applicable management systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for process development and improvement aimed at increasing mold quality, prolonging mold lifespan, enhancing production efficiency, and minimizing production costs.
• Production support processes such as instrument calibration and employee training.
