Responsibilities

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อนำมากำหนดเงื่อนไข และจัดทำ group ของ Segmentations และวางแผนการดูแลลูกค้าแต่ละ Segmentation ให้เหมาะสม
• จัดทำ/ควบคุม message ที่จะสื่อสารไปยังลูกค้า รวมถึง Message & Journey ของ Product / Service ต่างๆ ให้มีการ design customer journey ที่เหมาะสม ไม่ซับซ้อน ยุ่งยาก เข้าถึงง่าย
• จัดทำ report performance รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก VOC และผลของ CE Survey ต่างๆ
• จัดทำ Improvement Plan activity ต่าง ๆ เพื่อแก้ไข Pain point จาก CE report เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
