Creative Director

About the Role

This candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand teams' design needs and building out their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior creative oversight, validate creative direction against the brief, and ensure market‑fit alignment across all campaigns
• Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
• Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your strategy
• Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls
• Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs

Business Management

• Think and act as client’s business partner working hands in hands with client on building marketing and communication strategy to drive client’s business forward
• Expert on clients’ business and be the clear leader on the business with the clients and within the agency
• Client liaison to develop a strong understanding of client’s business, brand, requirements and objectives

Creativity

• Capable of turning a strategic approach into a creative solution and developing big idea and impactful execution
• Profound understanding on human insights (targeted consumers) and creating ideas usable across various platforms
• Create insightful communication with synergy that successfully reach business objectives and commit to the 7+ target
• Supervise the production process for the best quality of the finished work and give appropriate attention to details
• Provide strategic and constructive judgment on creativity and perform persuasive selling

Strategic Driver

• View strategic goals in a broader business context and demonstrate strong presentation and selling skill

Internal Management

• Ensure collaboration among all agency departments and foster great teamwork
• Inspire and motivate team members to be expressive and innovative and align them behind creative solutions
• Strategically and effectively lead the pitch for the best work within the given timing and efficiently manage work within timetable and budget
• Anticipate problems throughout the process and collaborate with others to find solutions; manage internal resources to ensure quality and timing

Appraising and Coaching

• Give clear expectations on job output & behaviors and understand interests, weaknesses, strengths, and needs of subordinates
• Set clear reward & punishment system, identify stars and align career planning and coaching plans, set up succession plans and evaluate/appraise subordinates
• Conduct feedback sessions with identified stars monthly and arrange trainings for team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 8+ years' in a design role
• Current portfolio to be submitted with your application

Skills

• Fluent in agency process, including job routing and traffic procedures, to ensure quality control at all stages of the project
• Be innovative and stay alert on consumer and market trends
• Proven ability to think strategically and to teach others to think strategically
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skill (both Thai and English), presentation skills and client relationship building skills
