Section Manager

About the Role

Work on floor in the shop and managing day-to-day operations. Start learning by working from sales associate’s duties to understand operation before operating the store. Possess visual merchandising and displays experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and ensure high customer service standards at all times
• Solve problems of sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plan and manpower control
• Maintain high level of customer service; manage all customer issues and complaints
• Work closely with Brand Principal and International Team to ensure the operation meets brand standards
• Supervise, train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Manager; experience in retail fashion is an advantage
• English proficiency at business level
• Passion for fashion and business; eager to learn and grow with the company
• Proven leadership skills and service-minded, with understanding of cross-cultural service
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints; analytical and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, well-organized, trustworthy and presentable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work as a team player or independently

Additional Information

• Able to work flexible hours and on weekends (shift hours)
