Strategic Partnership Management (Deal Advisory)

About the Role

To define and manage Krungsri Group level strategic partnership strategy and partnership portfolio management with the objectives of creating new growth engines for the bank and to deliver sustainable growth in core bank’s portfolio aligned to Krungsri’s Corporate business planning. To deliver growth story, strategy of each partnership.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage group-level strategic partnership strategy and partnership portfolio to create new growth engines and support Krungsri's corporate business planning.
• Acquire strategic partners: identify, source, engage and select strategic-level partners (new and existing relationships) to meet partnership strategy and strengthen KS capabilities.
• Create strategic alliances and structure partnership business models and business plans; engage in business negotiation and deal management with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
• Design and identify scope of partnerships and key business value for Krungsri Group; conduct feasibility studies, budgeting and investment assessment for partnerships.
• Provide a single window to manage a pipeline and portfolio of partners to achieve the group's partnership strategy and performance goals.
• Engage KS Group & MUFG relevant businesses and enabling functions to drive execution; ensure key decisions and implementations are made and projects are launched and deployed into relevant functions when mature.
• Drive timelines, mobilize projects and prepare required processes and documentation for partnership acquisitions, confidentiality documents and deal agreements; engage with legal, compliance and relationship owners/leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree or MBA in strategic management is highly advantageous.
• Well-versed in business modelling, financial feasibility and investment strategy.
• Experience in business analysis, project management, or strategic planning is beneficial.
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking, project management and communication skills.
• Strategic partnership background is a plus.
