Qualifications

• Flexible and hold a valid motorcycle driving license (able to ride).

Skills / Required Skills

• Computer proficiency: practical ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Basic English communication (written and spoken) for supplier and team coordination.
• High responsibility, integrity and honesty in managing company assets and stock records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of procurement cycle: requisition, purchase order, goods receipt and payment processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent or emergency situations effectively.
• Stock management expertise: asset tracking tools, warehouse management systems and stock control procedures.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and record keeping to reconcile discrepancies and support audit compliance.
