Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations in departments such as Production, Planning, Quality, or HR.
• Participate in on-site process learning and improvement activities.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Expected to graduate in 2026, bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited.
• Internship experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese or fluent English is preferred.
• Down-to-earth, eager to learn, and willing to start from the grassroots level.
