Maintenance Engineer

About the Role

Supervises the maintenance activities for all MC through the implementation of a preventative maintenance program and an ongoing maintenance repair for equipment, that support the most efficient manufacturing operation possible. Maintenance Manager must be support company deployment such as plant performance, TPM implementation, OEE, machine break down reduction, cost reduction, and quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs and ongoing equipment repairs to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Support plant performance initiatives including TPM implementation and improving OEE.
• Drive machine breakdown reduction, cost reduction, and resolution of quality issues.
• Compile and maintain records on reporting personnel for compensation and performance evaluation purposes.
