Project Coordinator (Contract 1 year)

About the Role

Project Coordinator (Contract 1 year) — Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. Onsite. Support and coordinate nutrition-related project activities with academic partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for academic partners (INMU, TDA, and DTC) to support and follow up on project activities.
• Coordinate with food vendors to expand the NPSM project through food service activities.
• Organize nutritional information and translate scientific food and nutrition data into easy-to-understand content for general consumers.
• Organize and conduct project activities such as workshops, campaigns, and special events.
• Arrange monthly committee meetings, prepare documents, and summarize meeting results (Action Points).
• Other project-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Health Science, Food Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, or related fields.
• Experience in research methodology.
• Good computer literacy especially in MS Excel, INMUCAL, SPSS.
• Understanding of nutrition principles and statistics.
• Good command spoken and writing in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with professors and vendors.
• Flexibility, proactive and adaptability.
• Passion for promoting nutrition and health through effective communication.
