Business Analyst – Airline Cargo Operations | Cargo Systems | Thai Speaking

About the Role

eTeam is hiring experienced Business Analysts for a leading Airline/Cargo client in Bangkok, Thailand. 1-Year Contract (Extendable). Onsite. Thai & English communication mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business users, operations teams, product owners, and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Airline/Cargo domain experience is mandatory; applications without Airline/Cargo domain experience may not be considered.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Thai & English communication mandatory.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
