Customer Service Representative-Taiwanese

Permeant -Full time role

The Athletes will provide dedicated Consumer Care Services with inbound cross-sales and orders for the program. Athletes will respond to inquiries from consumers via phone, email, and online chat.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and chat and perform outbound calls related to client products, customized products and services; cross-sell products when needed
• Provide information related to order and return status
• Identify customer requirements and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
• Follow processes and procedures for changes requested by client
• Collect and provide feedback regarding client products, website, and advertising
• Locate authorized dealers who carry client products
• Provide callbacks to consumers if required to resolve inquiries that require off-line work, including outbound calls to shipping carriers or consumers
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide professional and competent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications

• Must be Taiwanese
• Able to communicate (speak, read, write) in English (B2) and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate welcomed
